SHIPPING
- No pickups allowed.
- All orders are placed online
- PrimeTime Legacy Creations does not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico; additional shipping costs will apply.
- Delivery Dates are Monday-Friday, excluding all major holidays. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. (FedEx Home delivery shipments may deliver on Saturdays & Sundays where applicable.) Monitor your shipments using FedEx Delivery Manager.
- PLC may condense your package to meet size and weight restrictions in order to expedite your order and keep shipping costs low. This may include smaller boxes, using fewer cores, etc., specifically on overnight orders. Please contact HPLC with any questions.
- PrimeTime Legacy Creations is not responsible for package theft.
Packages Lost By Carrier: In the rare instance that goods are lost in transit, please notify PrimeTime Legacy Creations within 48 hours of the tracking being marked as delivered and/or determining it has been lost or stolen. PLC will reach out to the carrier service for a trace on the package. After the trace is completed, which may take up to three (3) business days, PrimeTime Legacy Creations will either replace the item or give in-store credit if deemed lost/stolen. Replacement of items is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of PrimeTime Legacy Creations. If materials will be replaced, PrimeTime Legacy Creations may request a more secure address or have your items shipped to a FedEx Hold Location. Using Delivery Manager can monitor your shipments and delivery date or request a hold at location if you have had stolen packages in the past.
- Delayed Orders: If a delivery attempt is made any time within the delivery window and it is not delivered because the customer is not available or the business is closed, PLC is not responsible for delays in the shipping commitment.
PrimeTime Legacy Creations orders are generally delivered within 7 business days, however, delivery times are subject to change. Generally, most items ship within 1 week upon receiving print-ready artwork or approved printing proof when using PrimeTime Legacy Creations custom services. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Service/Sales Representative. Rush items are available for a 20% rush charge and are delivered within five (3) business days. Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons and other unexpected circumstances. We base shipping amounts on the weight, size, and location. Items are normally shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was received. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 14 business days. At this time, we offer express or expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please email us if you would like to overnight your order at tprimo@primetimelegacycreations.com.
ORDERING
Processing Order: Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding all major holidays. No orders are processed on weekends. Any order placed Friday after the cut-off time by region, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Add-on and Change Policy: PLC processes orders in a quick, timely manner to ensure that your package ships on time. Add-ons, changes or corrections cannot be made after the order is “Confirmed.” Please review specifics such as widths, colors and quantities in your cart before completion. A customer wanting to add on to an order will be directed to place an additional order. The additional order will be shipped separately according to the option selected.
Checking Orders: In an unlikely event of missing or incorrect product, PLC is not responsible for expedited shipping if notified more than 24 hours after delivery. Please check your order upon arrival and contact PLC immediately of any issues.
Payment Options
We have a minimum order policy of $15.00. We run online purchases through PayPal for your convenience - but it is NOT necessary for you to have a PayPal Account to make purchases. You can purchase directly with your credit card during the check-out process.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect upon receipt of the order. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express. No C.O.D.S or checks.
A service charge of $20.00 is levied on all NSF checks. Replacement checks must be certified. Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on accounts with past due balances and pricing will be revoked.
